The Annual Pensacola State College Employee Wellness and Health Fair is set for 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in the Lou Ross Center gymnasium.
The fair is open to all Pensacola State employees and all of the health screenings are free. The screenings include
- Cholesterol
- Diabetes
- Blood pressure
- Height and weight
- Bone density screening and much more.
This year’s fair also will include healthy cooking samples, reflexology, a seated chair massage and tips on health-related topics such as nutrition, diet and fitness.
