Pensacola State College announced proposed lab fee changes for courses for students enrolled in the Visual Arts, Math and Computer Science programs.
The College’s District Board of Trustees will vote on the fee changes at the Tuesday, June 18, meeting set for 5:30 p.m. on the Pensacola campus. If approved by the Board of Trustees, the new fees will take effect for the Fall 2024 Semester.
The courses and proposed fee changes include:
Mathematics and Computer Science Department
- CIS 2530 lab fee increases to $84 from $0
Reason: Lab Fee to pay for industry-standard certification vouchers provided to students. CompTIA ITF+.
Visual Arts Department
- ART 1750 ─ Ceramics I fee increases to $100 from $35.

- ART 1751 – Ceramics II lab fee increases to $100 from $35.
