Pensacola State Athletic Director Bill Hamilton attributed the student-athletes’ success to not only hard work but the entire college family.
“We have many people to thank, President (Ed) Meadows, Mr. (Tom) Gilliam and the rest of the college’s administration, student-athletes, faculty, tutors,” Hamilton said. “But I want to recognize our staff over here. The coaches and assistant coaches do a tremendous job year in and year out, and I want to congratulate all of them on an outstanding job!”
President Meadows added he was very proud of the student-athletes.
“We should all be very proud and impressed with these students – especially when you consider how many hours they spend at practices and games,” he said. “Yet they are still able to maintain exceptional grades in their coursework.”
