Meet Dr. Michael S. Payne, the new Department Head for Pensacola State College’s Business Department.
A veteran of both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard, Dr. Payne has worked in higher education for more than 20 years – having started his collegiate career at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2001. He has been a Pensacola State faculty member since 2018.
