This exciting exhibition showcases a collective of eight student portfolios from the Senior Studio Graphic Design course, required in the Dr. Marjan Mazza Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Management, Graphic Design Management concentration degree. Through graphic design, accented by photography and fine arts, these students create a dynamic collection of works illustrating their creativity, passion and dedication to the field.
Students have been working on this exhibition since summer when they identified their product and service brands and created tentative budgets for their work. Leading up to the exhibition opening on Oct. 14, these student artists could be seen at all times of the day and evening working on their display areas, excited to show off their talent and efforts to the public at large. “I’m excited for people to see my work, although I’m nervous about giving my presentation about it at the grand opening,” admitted student Cherie Drisdell, creator of the video game concept “Don’t Look Up.”
“No Sleep Till Branded” will be on display in the Active Project Space of the Switzer Gallery from Oct. 14 through Dec. 6, and the opening reception will be held on Oct. 29, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
