Congratulations to five Pensacola State faculty members who are beginning this fall term with promotions in rank.
Promoted to Associate Professor are John Holder in History, Languages, Social Sciences and Education; and Debra Ryals and Mike Will both in English and Communications.
Promoted to Professor are Donna Mathias in Allied Health and Karen Young in Nursing and Emergency Medical Services.
After a rigorous review by the college’s Joint Promotion Committee, these faculty members were recommended for promotion. Criteria included teaching or job effectiveness, professional development, and service to the department, college, discipline or community.
