Pensacola State College’s Performing Arts Department presents free “Bach’s Lunch” concerts from noon to 1 p.m., Thursdays, April 7, 14 and 21 at the gazebo by the Delaino Student Center, Building 5, on the Pensacola campus.
Bring your lunch, sit under the pines, and enjoy great music.
April 7, the Pensacola Guitar Orchestra performs a variety of classical selections on various sized guitars. Directed by Joe Stallings, the guitar orchestra is made up of students from PSC and the University of West Florida.
April 14, PSC’s high energy Jazz Ensemble, directed by Roger Villines, plays toe-tapping classic and modern big band arrangements.
April 21, PSC’s Concert Chorale and Wind Ensemble present selected music from a year of performances. Xiaolun Chen directs the Concert Chorale and Don Snowden directs the Wind Ensemble.
