About Biology Club
The faculty and student-led Biology Club is focused on service and education. It also aims to unite individuals from various backgrounds around a common interest in biology and broaden the horizons of its members beyond classroom experiences.
Anyone is welcome to join the club, as long as you are a current PSC student and maintain a 2.0 GPA. The majority of our members are not science majors, but simply students who are passionate about helping the environment and are looking for a way to get involved on campus outside of the classroom.
The club has a bulletin board in Building 17 if you are interested in seeing what type of events the club has participated in the past.

The Biology Club brings together students and faculty members who share a passion for the study of biology. Our purpose is to provide a variety of academic, service, recreational, and co-curricular experiences for all students interested in biology and environmental issues. As a group we strive to promote a better understanding and appreciation of the world around us through on campus and community opportunities.
Every semester we wait to plan activities until we meet the new club members since we try to cater what we do around majority of our students’ interests. Some activities we have hosted include: Educational outreach events, beach cleanups, biology week, movie nights, picnics, day trips, private planetarium showings, camping trips, and celebrations for Earth Day and Charles Darwin’s birthday.
