June activities commemorating America’s 250th anniversary at PSC are highlighted by the George Wilson art exhibition, “250 Years of Freedom: Moments that Shaped America,” now on display in the Switzer Gallery on the Pensacola campus.

On Monday, June 15, Chris Levesque, Ph.D., from UWF Historic Trust, will present “The American Revolution as a Continuation of the English Civil War.” This lunch-and-learn lecture begins at 12 p.m. in Bldg. 4, Rm. 401, on the Pensacola campus.

Students can enjoy a patriotic summertime treat June 16–18 with free ice pops on the Milton, Pensacola and Warrington campuses. (See flyer for times and locations.)

The month’s 250 Years Proud activities end on June 25, when faculty, staff and students on the Warrington campus gather for a ceremonial flag raising at the flagpole.
