Pensacola State SkillsUSA student-members made an outstanding showing at the Regions 1 SkillsUSA Spring Conference held Feb. 20 at the College.
SkillsUSA student-members won 12 gold medals, six silver medals and six bronze medals at the competition. Four Pensacola State faculty and staff members also were recognized at the conference.
Acclaimed pianist Marian Lee will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 14, in Pensacola State College’s Ashmore Auditorium.
Lee’s performance is part of the Sid and Jeannie Kamerman Piano Series. Ashmore Auditorium, Building 8, is on the Pensacola campus at 1000 College Blvd.
The Pensacola State College Performing Arts Department will stage the critically- acclaimed play, “Uncle Vanya,” on March 7 through March 10.
The Thursday through Saturday, March 7-9, performances are set for 7:30 p.m. in the Ashmore Auditorium, Building 8, on the Pensacola campus at 1000 College Blvd. The Sunday, March 10, performance will be at 2:30 p.m. in the auditorium.
February was a busy month for the Robinson Honors Program. Along with the selection of 33 new Robinson Scholars, the program also cut the ribbon on a new Learning Center in Chadbourne Library.
