Pensacola State College announced proposed lab fees for students enrolled in the Performing Arts Department programs.
The College’s District Board of Trustees will vote on the fees at the Tuesday, June 20 meeting at 5:30 p.m. on the Pensacola campus. If approved by the Board of Trustees, the new fees will take effect for the Fall 2023 Semester.
The courses and proposed changes include the following:
- MUT 1001 Fundamentals of Music (Multiple Programs) lab fee increases to $30 from $0.
Reason: The lab fees will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the music theory courses. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
- MUT 1001 Music Theory I (Multiple Programs) lab fee increases to $30 from $0.
Reason: The lab fees will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the music theory courses. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
- MUT 1111 Music Theory II (Multiple Programs) lab fees increase to $30 from $0.
Reason: The lab fees will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the music theory courses. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
- MUT 2116 Music Theory III lab fee increases to $30 from $0.
Reason: The lab fees will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the music theory courses. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
- MUT 2117 Music Theory IV lab fee increases to $30 from $0.
Reason: The lab fees will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the music theory courses. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
- MVS 1116 Beginning Guitar Class lab fee increases to $30 From $0.
Reason: The lab fee will be used to purchase a site license to enhance the instruction of the Beginning Guitar Class. The proposed website, “Artusi,” provides drill and practice assignments that support classroom instruction.
