Dr. Sara Baggett, adjunct instructor of Biological Sciences and History, Languages, Social Sciences and Human Performance and Recreation at Pensacola State College, recently returned from the 2017 American College of Sports Medicine annual meeting in Denver.
Baggett presented her poster on a research study she did in collaboration with Dr. Coseo-Lima from the University of West Florida on the Effect of Branched-chain Amino Acids, beta-hydroxyl- beta-methyl butyrate and Glutamine on Recovery from Resistance Training.
