From Oct. 14 through Nov. 1, PSC staff will assist with People First and Workday logins and guide employees on the site, once they have made their plan choices for completing open enrollment, either by appointment on Zoom at https://pensacolastate.zoom.us/my/mjohnston for those who cannot attend in person or in the Collaborative Learning Center (computer lab), Room 2068 in the Pensacola Library on the following days and times:

Employees may attend to visit suppliers of benefits and obtain additional information. Those who attend during working hours are not required to use leave for this event.
Open enrollment actions remain in effect the entire calendar year unless a “change in status qualifying event” occurs, and the employee initiates a timely change process. Employees are encouraged to analyze their benefit choices as well as their eligible dependent coverage to determine their future healthcare needs.
The November paydays will be the final payments of ‘month in advance’ premiums. This includes dependent coverages under the current Florida Blue medical plans and all deductions for One America life insurance, including the $25,000 additional life insurance, supplemental life insurance based on salary, and dependent life insurance.
Payroll deductions in December, which are the “month of,” will include current participation in Ameritas dental and vision; One America short and long-term disability; all Aflac choices; and all All-state choices of supplemental coverages. Additionally, all State benefits are deducted in December, with the exception of Flex Plan and HSA employee-paid amounts. These plans are set by tax year guidance and begin in January 2025.
