Nine Pensacola State College Pirates and Lady Pirates basketball players have been named to the Florida College System Activities Association All-Panhandle Conference Teams.
Nia Johnson and Naterria Luster were selected to the FCSAA All-Panhandle Conference First Team Women’s Basketball Team.
Johnson, a 5-foot 7-inch guard, is a sophomore from Sandersville, Georgia. Luster, a 6-foot forward, is a sophomore and from Richmond, Virginia.
Ta’Sheanne Armstrong, Mylashia Yancey and Ahyiona Vason were named to the FCSSA All-Panhandle Conference Second Team Women’s Basketball Team.
Armstrong, a 5-foot 4-inch point guard, is a sophomore and is from El Dorado, Arkansas. Yancey, a 5-foot 9-inch guard is a sophomore and from Ashburn, Georgia. Vason, a 5-foot 4-inch point guard, is a sophomore and is from Montgomery, Alabama.
Willesley Butler, a 6-foot 8-inch forward center, was selected to the FCSAA All-Panhandle Conference First Team Men’s Basketball Team. He is a sophomore from Troy, New York.
Named to the FCSAA All-Panhandle Conference Second Team Men’s Basketball Team were Daryl Lewis, Yeikson Montero and Gerald Williams.
Lewis, a 6-foot 1-inch guard, is a sophomore and from Gaithersburg, Maryland. Montero, a 6-foot 5-inch guard, is a freshman and from Troy, New York. Williams, a 6-foot 5-inch guard, is a sophomore and from Brooklyn, New York.
