PSC staff are assisting employees and retirees with enrollment at the Pensacola Campus’ Chadbourne Library (Building 20, Room 2068) during the following days and times:
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
- Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This schedule may be modified by October 25 if the need is no longer determined. An email announcement of a modified schedule will be sent by Human Resources.
Notices from the Dept. of Management Services to use People First to select benefits have been sent directly to those who are benefits eligible. Employees should go to the website https://peoplefirst.myflorida.com to use their provided IDs to log in; they will then follow the steps to reset their passwords.
If employees have misplaced their login IDs, they can find them in their Workday profiles: click “View Profile,” then on the menu to the left, choose “Personal,” then from the menu bar, select “IDs.”
For any issues with log-in or enrollment steps, please call the People First service center at (866) 663-4735.
Additionally, employees have an open enrollment task in Workday that needs attention. The benefits in Workday will include offers for short- and long-term disability and Legal Shield/ID Shield. There, employees will see the college-provided life and accidental death or dismemberment (AD&D) insurance of $75,000 that requires completion of a beneficiary designation.
