Robinson Honors Program Scholars, friends learn and serve during Costa Rica journey

Some of Pensacola State College’s Robinson Honors Scholars will spend the next few days becoming “citizens of the world” as they learn about Costa Rica. During the 10-day trip, the six scholars along with 14 other Pensacola State students and three faculty members will assist with sea turtle conservation efforts, dine with the Bri Bri indigenous tribe and even visit Territorio de Zaguates, a no-kill dog sanctuary that is home to hundreds of strays.
