Workday Announcement

Over the summer, we did a soft launch of our new PSC help resource, but we want to ensure everyone at the College, no matter their role, knows how to find the help they need.

• Content is easily searchable.
• Viewable by user role.
• Supports feedback to improve resources.
• Has the ability to submit tickets and request services.

The Workday help page, https://www.pensacolastate.edu/workday/, will remain on the PSC website, and the pages will redirect to the how-to articles and videos relevant to your role at the College. You can even access the new resource via MyPSC by clicking the Workday Help icon. Employees, faculty, and high school counselors​ must log in using their College credentials to view those articles.

This short video demonstrates how to access these resources, navigate the content libraries, submit help tickets, and request services.
