What is Virtual Librarian?

Have questions, but can’t make it to the Library? Virtual Librarian is the PSC Library’s chat service designed to provide live help for brief library-related questions. For example, we can:

• Point you to a specific database or source
• Show you how to locate course readings assigned by your instructor
• Provide feedback on whether your sources are appropriate to the assignment
• Provide directions and connect you to other PSC resources

If your questions are more detailed, or if you need help getting started with research, please send us your question by e-mail or schedule an appointment to meet with a librarian so we can give you the focused attention you need!

Virtual Librarian is FREE to PSC students, faculty, and staff!
