Library Liaisons

The Library Liaison program pairs librarians with specific academic programs to better support faculty teaching and research, and to enhance the library’s instruction and collection development programs.

The liaisons are available to work one-on-one with individual instructors or with the department as a whole in order to:

• Share information about library services
• Provide library instruction for faculty and students
• Collaborate to promote information literacy
• Inform faculty of available resources appropriate to their curriculum
• Identify appropriate resources to purchase for the library’s collection
• Coordinate on assignments requiring the use of library resources
