What is Interlibrary Loan? An interlibrary loan (ILL) is a transaction in which library material, or a copy of the material, is made available by one library to another upon request. The loan period will depend on the lending library.
Who is eligible for this service? Students, faculty and staff at Pensacola State College are eligible for ILL service and may request a loan or copy of material from another library. You must have a Pensacola State Picture ID card.
What type of material is obtainable? Books, copies of articles, audio-visual material No textbooks will be requested. Books and audio-visuals published in the last year will not be requested.
When and how will I get my material? Allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting ILL. You will be contacted when the material arrives. All book and audio/visual material must be picked up at the campus library of your choice. Some article copies may be emailed to you, but others may require pick up from the library.
