Rachelle Burns


Rachelle Burns, Program Director
Ms. Rachelle Burns began working for the Student Support Services program August 29, 2005. She has worked as a Career Specialist in the Career Connection and she has also worked in the Educational Opportunity Center (another TRIO program). She has a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS.
 

Randall Broxton
Randall Broxton, Learning Lab Supervisor
Mr. Randall Broxton has a long history (over 30 years) at Pensacola State College, almost eleven years in the Student Support Services program. He has extensive teaching experience and teaches American History at Pensacola State. He is a member of the Academy of Teaching Excellence at Pensacola State College. He sponsors the Pensacola State Jared Sparks Historical Society. He is also a founder (1968) and chair of the Gulf South History and Humanities Conference.  He has a Master of Science degree in Education and History from Troy State University.
 
Pam Justice Kimberly Calloway, Coordinator of Academic Services
Ms. Kim Calloway began working with Student Support Services on November 13, 2012. She has worked for other TRiO programs such as EOC and ETS. She has experience teaching College and College Skills Success. She has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University.
 


James Blackwell


James Blackwell
, Coordinator of Transfer Services
Mr. James Blackwell has worked in Student Services for over four years at Pensacola State.  He has worked with EOC, CTE and, most recently, the New Student Information Center.  He has his master’s degree in College Counseling & Student Personnel from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.


Penny Taylor


Penny Taylor, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Penny Taylor began working with Student Support Services on October 29, 2007.  She has been at Pensacola State as a student and employee for over 7 years, graduating with an AA in Psychology in 2005 and working most recently for Career and Technical Education Student Resources (CTE).
