The Office of Student Conduct at Pensacola State College exists to help students, faculty, and staff resolve conflict on campus. Students are expected to know and follow the Student Code of Conduct. If you have any type of issue related to student conduct, sexual misconduct, bias incidents, or academic integrity, the Office of Student Conduct is where you can report these issues. The Office of Student Conduct investigates all reports and works closely with the College Public Safety Office and the Title IX Coordinator to handle all reports in an appropriate and timely manner.

Mission
The mission of the Office of Student Conduct is to create policies and procedures to support the educational goals of the College by establishing an environment of responsible conduct, providing education and training to students, faculty and staff and developing a fair process to hold students and student groups accountable for conduct violations and inappropriate behavior.

Report An Incident
To report a concern or a violation of Pensacola State College policy please select one of the reporting options below. The Office of Student Conduct manages all incident reports for all Pensacola State College campuses and centers. Report a Student Conduct Violation
The Pensacola State College Code of Student Conduct outlines specific policies that students are expected to uphold while in attendance. Conduct violations can take place on or off campus. To report an alleged violation of the Pensacola State College Code of Student Conduct, please use the online reporting form available here.
Report an Academic Misconduct Violation
Academic Misconduct violations include cheating, plagiarism, and other forms of academic integrity issues that occur in any Pensacola State College course. General classroom misbehavior is considered a student conduct violation (see above). To report an alleged academic integrity violation, please use the reporting form available here.
Report Concerning, Worrisome, or Threatening Behaviors
If you are concerned about a student at Pensacola State College, you are encouraged to report any behavior that you perceive as concerning, worrisome or threatening to the PSC Behavioral Intervention Team who are able to provide resources and support to students. Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. § 1681) prohibits discrimination based on sex in federally funded programs or activities. Pensacola State College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs or activities. The Pensacola State College Policy related to Title IX is 6Hx20-1.028, Sexual Harassment and Misconduct. The requirement to not discriminate on the basis of sex extends to all students, faculty, staff and applicants for admission or employment at Pensacola State College.
